Nice folks, but poor equipment. I was warned as I checked in that I might need to brace the grooming table with my body so it wouldn't vibrate. Indeed it did -- my 60 pound dog was terrified as the table began to shake violently. I mentioned this as I left and the cashier said yeah, that happens, but I shouldn't be worried because it hadn't collapsed under even heavier dogs. Excuse me? I should be ok because the table had only vibrated, not collapsed??? I won't be going back.
Ronni and her staff keep my Abby for a week. They did everything I wanted done and Ronni groom her for me. They will take care of your pet just like they are their family which they are when I am gone. Thanks to all of you for the loving and caring of my love one.

We drive over an hour to board our guys here (and only here) when we go on vacation. That tells you something. The team really cares about our furry family and goes out of their way to be accommodating, friendly and responsive.The doggers seem to enjoy it and definitely seem healthy and un-freaked when we return from being gone for several days. A far cry from our local alternatives. Thank you!!!
We have a very skiddish rescue dog who is afraid of his own shadow! We were very anxious about boarding him, but we had no choice. Boy am I thrilled that we chose Soapy Dog! Not only did they LOVE our Coco, they emailed us pictures and updates! Highly recommend this place!!!!
