I didn't receive one on one counseling here. Rules change with staff every day. When I reached out to the director I was shunned and she called it staff bashing. I wasn't receiving counseling and she didn't care about that. The case manager was new and and was never trained in that position so she don't offer anything to a first time rehab patient.

Snug Harbor has been a life changing experience in my life. I have come so far in my journey since coming onboard with this company. The amount of dedication and love that each and every employee has for the clients at this facility greatly outweighs most other facilities that I have ever been part of. I wish that I knew about this gem a long time ago. Since joining this team, I have continued to grow in my own recovery journey and have been enabled to share my experiences and strengths to help others like myself to grow.

The staff there welcomed me back every time! They even picked me up from state prison because they will never turn you down if you want help and are ready.
