Mr. Snowden has horrible business ethics and respect for the people within his community. Do not Rent or allow him to manage your property. F
The worst management company my wife and I have ever witnessed, horrible customer service fly by night philosophy, treats his workers like minions, just bad all around. He failed to give us any information about the water bill then swiped our security deposit for it when we moved out. He was very hands off until we made it very clear that we were not going to accept his temporary solutions to problems and made him aware of our decision to move. Check out that F rating on the better business bureau website. Most business post thier own high marks. My experience was horrible. Tenant was late every month, destroyed my house. No quarterly inspections like they promise. Refused to evict the tenant. Lied repeatedly abiut he's taking them to court....dude it's public info.. you never filed.
