I was going to give a 5 star, but since I have yet to receive a quote for a problem on my furnace (It has been 3 days since service call - Monday was service call) I would only give them maybe 2 1/2 - 3 stars. I am also waiting for my filter to arrive. I called the office late the next day (Tuesday) wondering where the quote was and was told it would be in my inbox the next day (Wednesday - still not here).
