Great experience back in October 2017 with Matt. Our furnace is 18 years old and I was nervous that we would automatically be up-sold a new system. He came, tuned it up and reassured me that it was in good operating order. He also told me, if it did fail over the winter for some reason, based on the type of furnace and current installation, we would not be without heat for long as it would be a fairly easy replacement and about 1/3 of the cost that I was guessing. Waiting to have the furnace, that has only been used for 2 months, fixed for the second time in about a week. Will update this with a better score if I ever get what I paid for. Still haven't even had it for a year, still malfunctioning, and now they don't even respond to messages. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

Easily scheduled a maintenance appointment. The workman was on time, courteous and made sure everything was working well. He also took the time to teach us more about our air system. Will definitely reach out to them again in the future.
