Never going back ! The woman that cut my sons hair didn't speak English, didn't understand anything I was telling her cut my sons hair all off after I told her a million of times not to and it was all uneven !! Never entertained my son in the chair and blamed she messed up cause he moved !! Such a joke !!!!! Never going back and I would never recommend anyone to go!!!
My son is 2 1/2 and he is autistic. He has meltdowns every time we need to get a haircut. Today Ben did cry but he didn't have a meltdown. I just want to say thank you to Sue for being super amazing, fast and kind to us! She reminded me of why I keep coming back! Thank you Sue! You are a rockstar!!
We have been here for all three of my sons haircuts! I have nothing but praise for the entire staff. They are amazing with him.
We've tried to get a lot of haircuts in a lot of different places without any success. The staff here made us feel welcome and helped me get my little man to actually get his haircut. They worked extremely hard to make my two year old feel comfortable. They were extremely patient and flexible and professional. Our stylist, Stephanie was nothing short of amazing! Hate that they change the VIP program, which we pay for, whenever they want. No more coupons. Hardly any appt times ever available and a front desk staff that usually has an attitude. Def should step up their game with so much competition. :(
We deff would recommend snip it to anyone. Stephanie did my son hair this time and it was so much better then the 1st time we went.
