I’m not sure if our “stylist” was inexperienced or just has bad judgment (although she was older so I assume she had some experience) - either way, she used a buzzer to cut the bottom of my 14 month old’s hair and hit his neck...twice. He screamed in pain. He has scratches and bled on the back of his neck. It was my first time bringing him for a haircut and trusted her judgment, which obviously I shouldn’t have. Won’t be going back to this place ever again.
Stephanie was amazing and she made my 4 month old look so handsome, highly recommend her!

He was a little nervous but he managed not to cry and watching a video helped out great first experience.

I showed and told Christine the type of hair cut I wanted and told her it was his first time... yea she wasn’t even listening to me because the receptionist brought her a 1st haircut certificate and then asks is this his first cut. She started hacking his hair off before I could even get him calm and still in the seat. She also scratched his neck with buzzers. I will NOT be returning there. The floor was also dirty there was a build up of nasty residue all over it.
Prices are great, friendly staff but my sons haircut came out terrible.
