The first time we went, a woman cut my almost two-year olds hair and he was completely uncooperative—whipping back and forth, crying, etc. Despite that, she did such a great job. It was a wonderful cut and I was so impressed with her ability. I forget her name, but she gets all the stars. First time here. Was told 20- 30 minutes and that's about what we waited. My son is 2.5 and refuses to allow me to touch his hair anymore. He was well behaved in the waiting area but began crying and refused to sit in the chair. Tom was extremely patient and did everything he could to calm my son down. Eventually he did and all was well in the world. The staff were helpful and Tom was fantastic.
Love the place! Great atmosphere for kids. Love the machine for prizes after haircut. Very friendly.

I arrived as a walk-in w/my son. Was told wait was 30-45 mins. We did some shopping and came back after 35 mins but waited another 20 mins before asking when we would be seated (considering we put our name in 55 mins earlier). The front desk staff could not be more annoyed and unhappy to be there. This was not just one person but every single admin person we encountered. Finally, a stylist who was on a break took us.
