Huge shout to Tracy who went above and beyond to cut my special needs daughter’s hair today! Ava has Down Syndrome, Autism and severe sensory processing issues and I could not get her in the stylist chair no matter what I tried. I was almost in tears and then Tracy got a bean bag chair and brought it to her. I managed to ease her into it and she sat right there in the floor and cut her hair! I was so grateful! If you’re a special needs mama then you know how much this means! Snip it’s for the win!!!
We had a wonderful experience today for our 3 year old daughter's first haircut. Amber ( pretty sure that was her name) was the sweetest ever. She did a great job cutting her hair but also genuinely interested in making sure we had a great visit. I truly appreciate her sending me home with a clipping of hair. I will cherish it.

The staff was very friendly, extremely professional and patient. The hair stylist that cut my daughter’s hair was personable and attentive to my little one. She asked her questions which, is important to my extremely independent and opinionated three year old. I would go back to see this hairstylist again and again.
My 3 year old son absolutely HATES haircuts. He cries, kicks, screams, refuses to sit in the chair, etc. We always leave both of us covered in hair, both of us mad, and sometimes even with an unfinished or messed up hair cut because the person cutting it gave up or he kept flailing and made it impossible, so I decided to try Snip It’s after a recommendation. We took our son for his first hair cut and Tracy was amazing! She was patient and very good to our boy! We will be back for every haircut!
The wait time is insane! Even if you’re in the salon before others who check in online, you’ll be seen last. Do not recommend. Our wait time would have been 2 hours today!
