Excellent-online appointments with either a specified time or a wait time. They save your child’s hair information so the cut is consistent between stylists. Never had a bad experience.

I have never been so mad at a business before today. I wanted to get my almost two year old son a way over due haircut. I checked in online at 6/17/2020 at 6:05 and I was given an approximate wait time of 19 minutes so I would have needed to be there at 6:25. I texted ‘Here’ like I was suppose to at 6:24 and around 6:30 my son was getting antsy so we were walking the sidewalk until the next person was done. took my 5 month old today for his first haircut and mary was so awesome with him! she was so friendly and made the process smooth and quick. will definitely be coming back in the future!
Snip-it’s was awesome for my daughter. Our stylist, Mary, did great with her. She took personal attention to my daughter, offered advice and was absolutely phenomenal in her interaction. I will definitely be going back.
Couldnt be happier about the stylist getting the baseball size knot out of my daughters hair and thus saving it from being cut really short. They have good advice for tangoes and hair health and I’m so thankful I could cry!
