We've been going here for over a year now and love it- we always have a great experience. The stylists remember my 1 year old since she's been a baby even though she still doesn't have any hair to cut, and my 5 year old always gets just enough time to play at the great train table while we wait or on a tablet during his hair cut. They take good notes for the next time and if you want something different, as long as you communicate what you want before and as the cut goes, you can always get want you want.
