Called to place a pickup order for 20 wings and a kids meal. Was told it would be ready in about 25-30 minutes. Stayed in the Morningside area, because I live on the Northside. Showed up at the suggested time. Waited in line to pick up my food. It was my turn and the guy at the counter said “all I can say we are all out of wings, and the bartender didn’t know they were.” I received no phone call telling me they were out (so I didn’t drive all the way there,) no sorry that this happened, no customer service.
