I have used Snappy Services as a sub-contractor for about 8 months. They have been quick to respond to jobs and usually work is performed well, which helps justify their higher prices. The problem is when the job does not go well, there is little accountability and a poor attitude toward the customer. They argue rather than solve the issue. I am a professional in the field with 18 years experience.

Snappy was sent via my home warranty company, and I must say I feel that I was scammed. I had a issue where water was coming up in the showers, toilets wouldn't flush, basically a blockage somewhere. The first plumber came out, looked around the house, and told me that he could not find the clean out and left. I paid a $65 fee for this. I spoke to Snappy about this and they offered to install a clean out and auger the pipe to clear the obstruction for $1200, a discount. Excellent work and amazing service! I called Snappy when my water heater started leaking and they had a crew out to my home in less than an hour. I did end up having to replace my water heater but the pricing that Snappy gave was much lower than expected which was a pleasant surprise! Highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a reputable plumber with fair pricing!

Please do not use this business. There are a lot of other services in town. The business took money from me and the home warranty company to fix water leakage and replace a toilet and a faucet. Snappy never fixed the water leak. both the toilet and faucet were not install properly. The business claimed that thing are fix and refused to come back to fix it. We got screwed! Used Snappy services for a leak at a meter at my daughters house. Guy come out and within 15 seconds he know what the issue was and he could of reached in and tightened the meter compression fitting and been done in 5 minutes. He said he would have to take it apart and inspect the seals and basically rebuild it. he spent 1/2 hour talking on the phone and about 1/2 hour playing with the opposite end of the meter which does not come apart to make it look like he was doing something. I purchased a Groupon for their Snappy Services, Inc., which cost $63 which started that it covers $150 worth of services and there are no other restrictions within the Groupon ad. When I called to schedule the appointment, they started that the Groupon would only cover the service fee. They sent 2 very young men to my house who ran water through my sink for approximately less than one hour. They stated that they "re-aligned" the fixtures under the sink, then they left. They should be called Crappy Services!!! They only completed one of the three items requested to be replaced / repaired & then demanded payment & said that they could come back to finish at an addition charge. The owner doesn't know the meaning of customer service & wants to argue. I will never use them again nor recommend their services!
