The incident happened on March 30, 2022. I drove to the Snappy Lube #2 located on 1101 Autumn View Dr., Knightdale, NC 27545. I requested an inspection and exited my vehicle and headed toward the waiting room. I sat facing the door so I could observe my RX 400H LEXUS being worked on.
