RUN !!!!!!! This guy works out of his house and does not live up to his word. He will not give you a written contract of how be backs up his warranty. 3 water breaks and they don't pay any part of the utility bill. First break was covered by water utility, they only cover one break per year, and the other two had a cost of $1489.00. Snapper spent the cost of two 10' PVC 1" pipes, small can of glue, and two unskilled labors.
