I spent over $10,000 on the purchase and installation of this company's residential sport courts. Their website promises that their products offer "unmatched performance and safety" but it is quite the opposite. The "professional installation" I paid for mainly just consisted of a man snapping the pieces together and trimming them with a box cutter. Business response:
The issues the customer is having are directly related to the pouring of her concrete and installation of her court. SnapSports did not provide either of those services to her. We are a manufacturer and distributor of modular court surfacing and the product is not defective. The customer issue is with the third parties she contracted for the pouring of her concrete and installation of her court, not the manufacturer of the product.
If you are considering floor (chair) mats that use assembled tiles with transition strips from Snaplock Industries (retailed in my purchase by American Floor Mats) I suggest you find another source. The male transition strips fit and are the same thickness as the tiles, however, the female transition strips are 1/8" thicker, creating a toe catch as you walk off the mat.
