When I used the gym for a couple months it was clean, never completely packed, and the staff were always kind and helpful. For me, what makes this gym above and beyond is how easy and quickly they refunded my credit card after I called and realized I wouldn't be able to utilize the gym for a while. I know many of my friends having to battle with their gyms to cancel their memberships, not the case with Snap! I will definitely be going back when I am able!!
The best! The owner is always there during the day, and he's a super knowledgable, helpful trainer.
Kept charging my checking account after I left. I finally changed my checking account number $279 later. According to their Terms And Conditions, they don't have to return any of the money. Beware!
The personal trainer Matt is great and the rest of the staff are very friendly and they all know you by name. The gym is very clean, and always open.
