bad customer service. KARONA closed gym. not only did they bill me both months. the second month the added a extra $35 to the bank card. cant get anyone on the phone anywhere

Terrible customer service @ Stonewater Country Club location on Kalamazoo Ave. Looking to remove a member off your account? It’ll only take a solid 3 months for them to do so. Expecting a refund? Don’t expect it. Can see why they removed their fb page, don’t want all the bad reviews
I love the Caledonia location mainly because of my personal trainer Monica, she’s the best. She is patient, professional and really cares about her clients. She stays on top of the latest, both trends and physical. If you go to Monica, tell her Edie sent you!
Not a place for the hardcore
I want to thank trainer Monica for giving me some very helpful advice on my nagging calf injury. Her techniques have made a world of difference! I can’t thank you enough!

I’ve been working out at Snap in Caledonia for almost a year. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about overall health, and willing to help you learn best use of their equipment. The equipment selection and condition at the Caledonia location is excellent. It’s also convenient to be able to visit other locations around the area. Great gym!! When I go in at 4 in the morning it’s never busy in fact most of the time I have it to myself �. Have a lot of equipment. I would give the rating a 5 if it was more clean and well managed. When I go in there usually half of the paper towel things empty, trash full, and even sanitizer low or empty. The showers and tanning room are not exactly the cleanest. I find I am usually cleaning the shower myself as well as the tanning before using it. Let’s say i don’t trust using these rooms unless I clean them before!
