I love Snap Fitness! Has such a great environment, and great members that will push you to be the best you can be! Love love love this gym, wouldn't go anywhere else!
Nicole O'Neal is definetly the best been to several gyms before and you were on your own no management or trainers there to help you. Snap fitness is by far the best gym I've been to management is awesome Nicole always welcomes you with a smile and there to help you reach your goals.. Love her and the gym!!!
The customer service at this facility is poor. Machines are broken for months and then members who ask about them are lied to, saying they will be fixed ASAP. Instead of fixing the machines they continue to charge members and then remove the equipment. Even after members request cancellation of services they are charged repeatedly! Better business bureau will hear of it.
Nicole is such an awesome person! But an even better trainer, for a beginner she really works with you & guides you to properly know how to use all equipment, weights, etc. She connects with you on a professional level yet makes you feel like family! I've been to several gyms in the area & none compare to Snap Fitness in Sylacauga. My husband uses the Calera location & says it's just as wonderful! This will be my forever gym. �
Been going to Snap in Sylacauga 7 days a week for nearly 4 years now.... It almost feels like my second home! Hope to keep training there for many more years to come!
