they never answer the phone. I tried to cancel my membership and they wouldn't answer emails or voice mails. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. DON'T GO TO THIS SCUM DEN
Worst place ever! I lost my card key in May and tried the entire month of June to replace it. I called, no one ever answered and you couldn’t leave a message. I emailed them, no one responded. I went by there and a member let me in and I left a note with my name on it, no one has called. Looked on my account summary and they continue to take membership fees out!!! ���� Do NOT use this place! Absolutely NO customer service!!

Fantastic gym, great atmosphere, great staff. Doesn't matter what your goals are, from bodybuilding to Senior living, this gym has it all.
Nicole is very professional and cares deeply for her gym and its members. The reviewer who gave one star is a bully and needs prayer. Membership has grown exponentially since Nicole started managing this location. I go in Snap 6 days a week and the equipment is in top shape. She is always bringing in something new. A week or two ago she brought in a bench for the ladies and more truck tires for outside. She brought in an extra fan for the cardio area.
