We went on a busy Saturday evening. My girlfriend had a perfectly cooked steak and the crab cakes that I had were fantastic. We ended the meal with an incredible slice of chocolate cake to split. Yes it wasn’t cheap, the view was wonderful from the outdoor seating, but my only complaint was that although it was busy, our waitress seemed less attentive than others were to tables around us

Worst cut of prime rib i have ever had, at least half of the 16oz cut was pure fat and completely inedible. The $9 one crab cake appitizer had no taste at all but the dipping sauce was fantastic. Garlic mashed potatoes were great. Atmosphere is good!
Great setting. Average food. Pricey for the quality. Better food at the sloppy duck
This was my first visit to Smugglers Wharf, and I was satisfied. I liked the outdoor setting, and the food - a fried perch sandwich, potato salad and a slice of key lime pie - was all good. Reasonably priced, too. I'll definitely consider eating here again the next time I'm back in Erie and visiting the Bayfront area.
