Best macaroni, best coleslaw, best ribs & best service.
I've had both great and bad barbecue all over the country. Smoque does very respectable Memphis style barbecue, especially for Chicago. I give it a solid B+, but unless you want to get on a plane and fly to Texas, you are unlikely to find anything better in the Chicago area.

They need a better system on how to handle taking orders. Long lines and one register. Maybe they should pay a visit to Real Urban BBQ. Food is very good.
