The St Louis Ribs and Brisket are amazing! Excellent bbq!
Delish bque! Had brisket cooked just right very tender! Loved the coleslaw sort of sweet sour and I had the Mac and cheese amazing!
Ribs were extremely good. Tried Baby back and St Louis and I'm partial to the St Louis style. Brisket was melt in your mouth tender, moist, and perfectly smoked. All in all a great smokehouse. Glad it is close by.
