Amazing BBQ !! I was in town for business, had previously seen this restaurant on Diners,Drive-ins, and Dives and decided to give it a try. It was worth the drive from Lombard. Great ribs(st.louis) and brisket. Highly recommended !!
Best BBQ I've had in years- maybe the best ever! The meats were juicy and smoked just right. The sides and desert were delicious. The brisket and pulled pork were outstanding and the baby backs were to die for- great job Barry Sorkin and Al!!
Best BBQ in Chicago! Top quality seasonings, meats, and true smoking know-how. Barry Sorkin and partners are wonderful; the place is comfortable, welcoming, and never disappoints. The line is worth the wait; settle in, meet your neighbors, and prepare to enjoy great BBQ. My favs: babybacks, cornbread, and brisket/baked beans. My family has been bbq'ing professionally for over 30 years, and this is the real deal.
The chicken was smoked to perfection...the brisket, like butter and the flavors, worth coming back soon for!!!

I eat there about 3 times a year and I've never been disappointed. The macaroni and cheese was especially delicious!
Well worth the drive from the burbs! As soon as you walk in the door, your senses are hit with the smell of bbq. Had half pulled pork,half brisket. Brisket was good but the pork was outstanding! Moist and delicious!! Cole slaw tasted freshly made, good. Mac n cheese was yummy also. Husband had ribs that were GOOOOOD!! We'll be back!!���
Oh my God. OH MY GOD! I just had the special: BBQ gumbo! It was wayyyyyyy better than expected. Seriously, so good to my tummy, it brought a tear to my eye... And that's not because of its heat! I'm getting another bowl to take home!!! (Btw, the staff was superb, too)
Excellent brisket. Made me reminiscent of my home, Texas.
