My experience was terrible from beginning to end. Placed an order online 30 mins before I arrived. Got there and was greeted. Had to wait longer than expected. Was told 15 mins afterwards that the protein powder that was needed was not in stock. So I told them I’ll just take a refund. Have to wait until tomorrow for a manager to get the refund. So I left without a smoothie or my money. A HUGE INCONVENIENCE!!! 😡👎🏾

Ordered a bowl with extra pineapples and granola. Received no granola and only five half strawberries. Called for over two hours, only to have them answer the phone 15 minutes before closing. The young lady told me there was “nothing” she could do. I left my name and number for the manager. A few days prior, I placed a call-in order, arrived at the store, and still had to wait 20 minutes for the order to be prepared. Tried calling today. No answer. How is this location remedying customer service issues and complaints?
