AVA worked the drive-thru today and she likes to rush customers to order, to pay and to take the items! She apologized saying she wasn’t rushing me but then proceeded to slam the drive-thru window not once but TWICE.(lots of passive aggressive energy) So if u support that behavior, go here! I’m new to the area and she’s bad for business Smoothie King!
ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I sat at drive thru window for 45mins!! Emily Padron or however it’s spelled took my order @845 and never came back to window it was 9pm and they had just closed so no way to get in so I was knocking on the drive thru window and 1 employee who was working the front inside kept walking back and forth and not paying any attention at all.
