The strawberry Lean 1 is healthy and tasty. Avoid the other flavors, though.
High-Protein Pineapple is the best! Get a small unless you want a HUGE smoothie!
Get the gladiator shake, I do believe the protein they use is a slow release so after your workout your body gets a constant supply! Straw/ban is the best $4 If mil for a small ill take that
Terrible service, they don't do the 4 square discount or frequent buyer punch cards.
