Went to get a smoothie to get me through the day after an already very long morning. I ordered my banana boat with peanut butter. By the time I got to the window I realized in the rush of the morning, I left my wallet at home. I felt so bad, apologized for the inconvenience and started to tell the gentleman “have a nice day” but he got permission to go ahead and give it to me no charge. It completely turned my day around. Pulled up to the drive-thru at 8:20PM and they had already closed. It states online that they do not close until 9. Very disappointing!
Absolutely fantastic, good service, nice staff. They even gave us free samples of upcoming products.

The cashier had zero patience at the drive-through window as we were looking at the menu, trying to figure out what we wanted to order. Then she proceeded to yell through the microphone with a smart comment. She wasn’t much friendlier at the window either. Very weird experience
