Loved the suggestion!
For disclaimer....it took me a WHILE to write this... I used to ABSOLUTELY LOVE this location! Then, most of the staff (of course the ones that were kind and nice) left. In light of this, I still took the time and my hard earned money, to patronize this establishment. EVERY....SINGLE employee for the exception of three (no names for anyone to retaliate on), has given me poor service. Had a not so good experience at this location. Arrived at 8:50pm on 6/13. I understand the closing is time is at 9pm. As long as the door is open and it is not 9pm, the customer should be served. The gentleman told me that they were no longer taking in-store or online orders. I respect that employees want to clean up so that they can leave earl, but if the location isn’t closed nor the doors locked but accessible for customers to place an order, a customer should not be declined that privilege. Horrible I went in today to get a smoothie at 8:44 and was told that they’re not taking any more orders at this time . Like what’s the big deal just rise out a blender . Lazy lazy workers .. and it’s dirty in there . Very trash . Why advertise that you close at nine when you can’t take customers after 8:30 . 0/10
