My experience today was unbelievable. Another customer and I stood inside the empty store from about 11:20–11:34 AM on 1/31/26 and received zero service. We checked both bathrooms and both were empty. After waiting, I eventually had to leave because I couldn’t wait any longer. This was one of the most ridiculous customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff here will make any excuse imaginable not to make an Açaí Bowl. “We don’t have bowls to put the Açaí Bowl in”, “We close in a hour so we don’t make Açaí Bowls right now”, etc. Whoever is managing this location really needs to get control of their trash employees.
Tasty, fast service and kind staff.
They need to have a better attitude and customer service. I tried giving this place a chance but, I won’t be coming back.
2 stars because the customer service was welcoming. The açaí bowl was terrible it didn’t taste fresh the granola also tasted old. I know because I make these at home all the time or stop at tropical smoothie cafe and it’s always a 10/10 I wouldn’t recommend this place for açaí bowls
