The smoothies here are quite good, but I was disappointed that they refused to provide a cup of tap water with my order, insisting I buy a bottle instead. Due to this policy, I’ve decided not to return; frankly, it feels a little customer hostile. Today, they lost a small sale of roughly $26 over a cup that costs them perhaps $0.04 – $0.07. Looking at this if one visited 2–3 times a month, that is roughly $780 in annual revenue they are forfeiting to save about $2.00 in paper cups. Is it normal for them to stop serving people 30 mins before they close?
There is usually a pretty long line whenever I want to go, but I wanted to go try out and baam! My smoothie was out in less than 2 mins!!
Kiara is an excellent manger , her team is very efficient and quick . Would recommend trying this location
