Rented a Heritage Softail on a (rainy) day back in 2014. Very nice staff in the hugest HD store I have ever seen.
Service began with an online request, which was answered promptly, and a sales guy was assigned to help me out. Today we came in to take possession of our new Limited Low. First staff member we saw greeted us and offered to help. We grabbed a coffee in the lounge before meeting our sales guy (Scott Stewart). Next we talked to the parts guys who gave us a lot of great info. Finance department had everything ready within 10 minutes.
