I bought a bike from my boss and he had purchased a 103 Derbyshire cover but the bike is not a 103 so I called and asked if I could return it for another one or a credit to use on something else. I was told that it was a discontinued part that was bought a long time ago but they would give me a partial credit 42 dollars but was told no when we got there because of a crack in that plastic package. Have been to a lot of HD stores have always dreamed of a harley had checked a few different was approved for one in Franklin tn was on my way when my wife and I decided to stop at Smokey mountain after falling in love with a bike talked to the salesman wither fifteen minutes he hooked me up with his boss they asked what I wanted to do thirty minutes later we was out the door on my new ride needless to say they gained a customer for life
I want to thank Dave, an employee, and two other guys who gave us advice on how to go about completing the Tail, the Moonshiner and the Blue Ridge Parkway on Friday morning. Not only did you make us feel welcome at the dealership but you contibuted to our safety. We made it back to Canada yesterday.

Stopped to get some parts needed for a road - side repair. Helpful to diagnose and quick to loan tools needed. Most shops won't loan or push you to pay a tech to do it for $100 an hour.
Awesome dealership! Bought my street glide 2yrs ago. I was riding today and pulled in to get gas 2 miles from there and bike wouldn't start called parts department and bought battery over phone and they brought it to me and tools to change it! Great service
