Not all HD Dealers are created equal and SMHD is a huge cut above the rest! On our trip from Charlotte, North Carolina to Nashville, we lost our heel shifter and blew a 10 amp fuse as we sailed through the mountains. Your outlet store at the Sevierville exit was the first place that we crossed on 40. Thanks to the kindness and creativity of Debby, Steve, and Keith, we hardly lost any time and were quickly on our way. We were so impressed with their desire to help us and get us back on the road.
