Great bunch of dudes Mack is a stand up guy who is the service manager. Knew him before he got the promotion still a straight shooter I've had all kinds of work done never had a problem there going to have more work done in a couple of weeks.
At the end of September we took a trip with 15 friends to ride the Tail of the Dragon, the Moonshiner's 28, and the Cherohala Skyway. We left Arkansas on Thursday to ride straight over, was going to ride the three previously mentioned roads on Friday, and had to ride straight back on Saturday. Well, on the way over the rear tire on my '07 Dyna Super Glide blew while going down I-40. By the grace of God I was able to get to the shoulder. Well to start it was very nice dealership. They had a huge selection of bikes to choose from. A Huge selection of motor clothes as well. Nice folks to talk with very knowledgeable about the Harley experience. Will return in the future.
Great dealership! Huge selection of clothes in a wide variety of sizes, helmets, boots, jackets, rain suits, luggage, the works! And motorcycles, of course. The people who work there are professional and friendly.
It was probably the MOST AWESOME Dealership I have ever been to! I've traveled the Country and other than the likes of Destination Daytona this Dealership ROCKS IT! I wish we could be there for some of their outdoor events. I was also privileged to meet the owner and you quickly learn why he is so successful. Thank you Scott for taking a moment to say hi and converse! You are what a Dealer should be for such an American product.
I live in Florida. The shifter fell off my street glide while on a trip to the mountains. I got it back on but was loose. Went there on a Thursday around noon. The staff was great, they put a new shifter on it and did the clutch recall, had me in and out in less than an hour.
