Moved from Boise Idaho to Florida. We come back quite often to visit family in Idaho. We also miss smoky Davis meats.
I was born and raised in Eagle, but only got introduced to Smokey Davis when I was 18 by a friend. Dunno how I missed that. But since then, I always came here for my jerky and pepperoni. And beef bacon (my parents subscribe to the Jewish faith. Freaking perfect). So my parents used to send me jerky after I moved away about 8 years ago. And I would always get it when I came to visit. Pepperoni Sticks are my absolute favorite!
I am from Montreal Canada and I am totally devastated by the closure of your shop. We have friends in Idaho and when they come to visit us, they bring smokey Davis beef jerky, the best of all.
