ordered my meal an one and half before before time to pick it up online. time set was 3:15 this past SUNDAY. Ordered the party pack once I get there at 330 they say we dont have bbq chicken Wanted me to pick another item which nothing on there was what I wanted. One manager came added no solution and walked to tend to something else. I had to ask for another manager which took another 10 min she said I could get the grill in place of the bbq chicken. It is really sad when you order food to go and they can't get it right. Bowie restaraubts have the worse Togo service I have seen anywhere but, I have to say Smokey Bones is the worse. They got my order wrong twice. That is unacceptable.
My boyfriend and I had our first date there and the food & service was great ! The last few time we had been there food & service was the worst ! ( We sat at the bar), first time we ask to put the Os baseball game and never did , waiting for bartender to check back to us to see if we needed anything like silver ware ! Or another drink ! Not good management !
My husband and nephew ate here last night and the food was horrible. The beef brisket was very tough and burnt. The fries were cold and the cold slaw had no flavor. When this restaurant first opened the food was great and I recommended it to all my family and friends. Can not make that recommendation anymore.

Where's the negative star ratings?! ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE THERE'S NOTHING LOWER. This was H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E! Our ENTIRE ORDER WAS WRONG, COLD, dry, overcooked. ..Took forever and it wasn't even crowded. They ran out of wings..REALLY? ? The manager's response was "smh, I'm not even surprised".... Lost for words. ... NEVER AGAIN!
The food was awesome! The staff not so much.. Waitress was nice but when she finally arrives she said she be back to take our order she needed to go to bathroom. Long hair not pulled back and had to make several trips to table for straws napkins etc.. That she forgot. When we left five staff stood around and never acknowledge us leaving. I would give them a try again only because food was good!!! I believe lack of training
Just had the worst dining experience of my life!! Cold and overcooked food. Servers need training. Not even deserving of the 1 star. You will NEVER see me again and that's a promise.
