Service sucked. Food was over cooked and not what I ordered. I had to get utensils for our table myself after asking several time before our appetizers came. The GM did not address any issues. The kitchen manager had to come talk with us I will NOT be back

The service was very slow almost non existant. They gave my food away and then tried to charge for it. Very bad birthday experience won't go back
What I think, the food could be better. The services should be better, the staff need to get better and the Sunday Football there has played out. Why, because of the above!! Get it together really quickly!!
Terrible service! Took 30 minutes for a cold, dry burger. Not good quality saying it's Angus, but it look and taste like the buggers you get from Sam's Club
The food is good but the service is atrocious. I counted 8 empty booths and still had to wait 20+ min to be seated. Once seated we waited a bit for our drink and appetizers order to be taken. These came out quick but we waited 30 min for our meal order to be taken. We had to ask multiple times for utensils and napkins. Forget drink refills! Our food finally came out. Good but was not worth the wait and the aggravation!
I had the worst time ever at smokey bones today. Service was slow and it was empty , the place was cold and food was nasty. I had a party of 10. I had to ask three times for the manager to make my complaint. He gave two 10 coupons for my next visit. I would not go back next time I would support local business.
There should be a rating below poor for this place. The service is terrible.
My ribs were excellent, my service was ok it was a large group, manager was terrific , he handled all complaints with ease, chicken breast was so overcooked, mac was great, broccoli, drinks were great!
