Let me start by saying the only reason why I stayed and decided to eat here was due to my mother In law who had liked the food once before. We were a party of 9 that arrived and placed our names on the list to be seated at 5:45 pm Saturday 10/15/16. We were told that it would be 45-50 min wait. Poor customer service. Always under staffed. Barely warm food. Incorrect order. The table next to us was not bussed the entire evening we were there (it was unoccupied when we got there). They took our order, brought food (not the way ordered) one item at a time, corrected the order and never heard from them again lol nuff said. I go there for the $4.99 margaritas.
I order on line at 6:20They say my order be ready at 7pm got there at 6:50 didn't get my order until 7:30 was not happy at all. Didnt have my sauce in the bag,had to wait another 10min the employee didn't say sorry for the wait she just didn't say anything I will not be coming back at all !!!!don't give me a time and it's not ready tell me something not just take my money
A year ago I had terrible experience at the Bowie location. We waited for hours, service was awful. I vowed to never return BUT my husband talked me into returning today. Long story short after waiting an hour and twenty minutes before deciding to leave. We were no closer to being served than when we first arrived. The hostess had a bad attitude. The manager came over at my request and explained that of the 9 servers they scheduled to come in, only 2 showed up. They still have a long way to go.
My server was polite and helpful with choosing my late lunch. She kept my iced tea glass full. My ribs were fingerlicking good. I came for the cornbread and was not disappointed! We'll be back!
Nice atmosphere for game day. However servers need to pay more attention to detail when it comes to their customers. Great good though
You don't want me to tell people on Facebook about my bad experience.
Smoked wings and brisket tacos were excellent. Tried 3 different cocktails and they were all good as well. Great service.
