We ordered dinner here to-go for my husband's father's day. His choice, he has eaten at Smokey Bones in Florida and loved it. I did the online ordering for a 5 pm pick up- I ordered the food 3 hours before we were set to come and pick it up. The restaurant is about 15 minutes from our home, so when an HOUR had passed and my husband had not yet come back with dinner I started to get worried. We came here for a bite Saturday evening since Jerry's was closed. No hostess at the front for 3 minutes. Waitress did ok, but seemed uninterested in being at work. Orders arrived in 25 minutes. Food presentation wasn't what was pictured in menu, and only tasted ok. We probably won't come here again...
Walked in today in the mood for something new and awesome. It was just what I was looking for. Service was on spot and very friendly. Thank you for an awesome experience

Over the past few years this location has gradually been going down hill. We ate at the bar and they had no draft beer because the co2 line was broken. In addition, they were out of certain food items and when we placed a to-go order, they informed us that they did not have lids for the sides so they had to use saran wrap. I really felt sorry for the bartender because he had to tell people this. 3.8 my ass maybe .6 at the most service truly sucked half the place was empty while servers talked with their friends and still made us wait 10 minutes while the hostess bull shitted with her boys that weren't even eating there .The food came out slow and could tell it had sat a long time waiting to be served could not even imagine how it would be if the place was packed but at the same time realized why it wasn't .That's why management only gets what they ask for and that's not much !!!! We will not be returning EVER.
Been here twice, ate nothing here. Bad services. First time didn't have items I wanted. This time, no hostess after 5+ minutes.
Great food but worst service in restaurant history
I really like to say I have been here 3 times in 5 weeks and the service is horrible your waitress don't even look you in the eye to see if you need anything and it's not even busy in here and there's so much attitude from your staff check please...
