Great food and great service! My family will continue to drive 45 minutes to go there!!
Waiting in line now for 15 minutes, 6 open tables and nobody being seated. Waitress have to bus their own tables. 4 tables open in the bar area since we got here, i asked about them and was told they seat you in there, but they are still empty 25 minutes later.Not sure if he was the manager or not but he came out and bussed the tables and told the hostesses how many empty tables they had for customers. Our 2nd visit there was this past Sunday, our 1st experience was good, but not our 2nd one. We went with friends. There was 4 in our party and we waited 30 minutes to get a table. They weren’t very busy but I guess weren’t staffed to handle all the tables, understandable. We finally got seated, we came for the ribs which we loved our first visit. I stopped going here over a year ago because of the service. But hubby wanted to go so we did. BIG mistake. To long of a wait for our food. People behind us came in 15 minutes after we did, ate and left before we got our food. Salad was horrible (if you could even call it a salad), and they up charge you 1.09. My order was wrong all together. So they took my burger back scraped it off and put on what I ordered. SAD SAD!! And the sad part is they were not even busy. It was 4:00 in the afternoon. I worked for a different location and the store manager at a different location tried to assault me. I wanted to who can I speak to about this.
We love Smokey Bones food and survive is always great.
Fast service, loads of food, and great prices. Was surprised that it wasn’t so busy on a Saturday night.
Our wait is 30 minutes........many empty tables. What's with this?? Doesn't look good.
It's been a few years, but wanted to see what my sugars are since eating ribs. I had the dry rub. It was good. Did good with my sugars till the next morning. Just wish you had a sugar free sauce I could use. It's an idea for diabetics like myself.
