Omg is the service horrible here... I honestly gave them a chance by going there 3 times and each time it was bad. I think its time to boycott this place. It takes forever to get the food out, there are too many tables for the waiters to handle efficiently. Its really not the staff all that much, they are trying. I believe its the management. My friend and I had dinner at Smokey Bones in York on Monday 1/29/18. I must say that we had a very good experience. Our waitress, Amber G was EXCELLENT! Very sweet, attentive and friendly, without being overbearing. She made us feel welcome and made sure everything was as we expected. I must say, we had a very good meal and a nice time tonight.
