My favorite Smokey Bones. The staff is always friendly and the food always comes out good & on time.
Last nights waitress and dinner was perfect but I have had nights where the rating wouldn't be so pretty this rating is based on my last experience
Went to dinner with the family. Last time we went there was maybe 2 years ago, found a piece of metal in my food. So we stayed away. Went there again last Sunday. It was the biggest mistake ever! Service was horrible, they were out of everything. Nothing we ordered was available and the waitress and the manger were clueless. Then when the food that was available arrived, my daughter received something she didn’t order. Nothing was done to accommodate us as we waited for them to cook the correct food item. When we came in there was no one to greet us. Our waitress was great, very friendly. Our food was excellent. Service overall was very good. We can’t wait to go back.
