Last nights waitress and dinner was perfect but I have had nights where the rating wouldn't be so pretty this rating is based on my last experience
Went to dinner with the family. Last time we went there was maybe 2 years ago, found a piece of metal in my food. So we stayed away. Went there again last Sunday. It was the biggest mistake ever! Service was horrible, they were out of everything. Nothing we ordered was available and the waitress and the manger were clueless. When we came in there was no one to greet us. Our waitress was great, very friendly. Our food was excellent. Service overall was very good. We can’t wait to go back.
The service we received at this Smokey Bones was not what I have been used to in Orlando. First off, no one was there to greet us when we came in and we had to seat ourselves. Second, the server took forever to take our order and when we did get our order the fish was almost burnt and they brought my friend the wrong dressing. They did get me some more fish and correct her dressing. Thirdly, we had to ask for some silverware because when we started to eat we realized we had none.
