We went last Sunday to try the “Sunday Brunch” we keep hearing advertised on the radio. What a joke! They were clearly understaffed. For the majority of the time we were there we saw 1 bartender and 2 servers. We were the only ones in the restaurant drinking mimosas and the “bottomless” mimosas ran out!?! How can you advertise “bottomless” mimosas if you aren’t prepared to serve bottomless. Very disappointed with this place! We ordered take out last weekend and the order was messed up. We called to let the manager know and he promised he would give us credit on our next order. We ordered this weekend again and the manager said there is no evidence of a credit in our name. We used to eat there couple of times a month but we will not be going back there anymore.
What are the worst experiences in Wellington. First of all they run out of baby back ribs and put spareribs in front of wife, without even telling her that they changed her order for her. And then I think they're try to be nice by giving her a nice order ribs while my were burnt and dried out. Which took them forever to replace. We also received Fried green tomatoes with raw are garlic butter on top. unedible. Don't waste your time or money. And according to the staff the managers useless. Notably!!!!!!!!
We received excellent service—our waiter was great. Our food was awesome!
By far the worst experience. And will not be going back. Wait time was horrible (Tuesday night) seen more than half the restaurant empty. Ended up sitting outside. Our ticket was $103 which wasn’t the issue. Drinks ordered where wrong. Asked for ice tea we got lemonade. We waited 45 mins to receive our food. Ask at 30 mins if the kids food was at least ready. Arrived before 12 noon and told wait until servers got there at noon. Our party of 7 was taken to a small booth. We requested a table where we could add another one. Were told we would have to wait while they seated other customers. Server was very slow in getting our drink orders turned into the bar. Bartender called out to our table asking what we wanted.
