The chicken wings were fuzzy and pink in middle. Asked waitress to wrap my leftover sandwich in plastic wrap and she claimed the kitchen didn’t have any! Waitress in too much of a hurry to get order right! Manager apologized but said she was just busy! Too busy to hear our complaints???

2nd time going here my friend got cold steak, my hubby's ribeye was cold, and I got the pick 3 favorite meats and added 2 extras 5 of 6 meats were cold. manager came over and asked us if she would wanted her to put the food back on the grill! How is that sanitary??? drinks were great and my waiter was awesome. They never credited our bill or took a percentage off. extremely disappointed. when my bill was $86. RecommendedMy husband and I went to Smokey Bones for Valentine’s Day and it was absolutely wonderful. Service was great and our waiter was great! For not having water, they still kept their game up :)
