This visit was HORRIBLE! Food Nasty! Service unprofessional! The bartender fixed our drimks then topped our drinks with her hands. She was also walking and eating on the job. I spoke to the Manager. He did absolutely nothing about it. it will be a while before I return!

Food was great as always but the service was terrible. We watched as our food sat under the warmer and other people who came in after us got served their food first. It was chaos with them behind in everything. We sat at the bar where one waiter kept complaining about them seating new tables and they were trying to catch up as he stood there chatting; yes let's let our customers The empty tables and stand at the entrance door so you can catch up that's really good for business. 3rd straight visit and no white meat chicken. Restroom is still a disaster, urine on floor bucket under urinal.. my wife likes the food or I would NOT patronize this place.

ribs were fatty. no brisket. told us 30 minutes never ended up getting it. found out only free dessert with birthday club signed up, then takes a year to even get anything. great waiter though.
I am extremely disappointed. A food shortage is not acceptable!!!! No smokey wings, BBQ chicken or beef brisket.😳
