The last 2 visits there were during a weekday, both times horrible service, no coffee refill, no check backs, no prebus of our table, the wait staff needs retrained! The food itself is good. Just sad no mgt asking tables “How was everything “ because if there were, I’d of told them!

My family stopped in while traveling between 1-2PM on 2/18. There was absolutely nobody else in the restaurant, yet the service was terrible. The food was mediocre and took forever to arrive. We also had to do everything except light our hair on fire to get our server to refill our drinks. There were Ziosks on the tables, but they weren't functioning, so utilizing that to request refills or to pay wasn't possible. We've eaten at other Smokey Bones locations in the past, and this one definitely doesn't meet their standards.

RecommendedWe have wanted to eat at Bones for a very long time but we always end up leaving it for another day. Today we finally went and it has become our favorite fire grill place. My husband was very impressed with the 14 oz Hawaiian Ribeye and I was blown away with the baby back ribs, both were made to perfection , it just melt in your mouth like butter.
