At Smokey Bones, we specialize in three things: good food, good drinks and good times. We are a bar and fire grill, but not necessarily in that order. We are grill masters who respect the power of the open flame. We like simple, yet flavorful recipes and believe marinating is not to be taken lightly. Food was good but the service left much to be desired. Paid no attention to us, had to ask for refills, brought wrong drink, and last of all the check was messed up. Normally payable table but the machine wasn't working. Waitress said she didn't put batteries in because the machines don't work half the time. This was probably our worst experience at this location .
One of my all time favorite places to eat at and I eat out a lot.
There was a long hair in my husband's food, cold & broccoli not cooked. My burger had pieces of what seemed to be bones. The beans were ok but definitely not the oey goey like usual. My water tasted like soap. Our waitress needed a bigger size shirt forsure. VERY unhappy.
The wait was not warranted, people running around doing nothing, the wait staff was scuzzy, numerous tattoos, nose rings etc. Food was good, but cooled way too fast. Was cold inside, middle of winter and fire place not on. Fire pit outside was.
Met a friend for lunch (smoked wings). Wings, baked beans and slaw were excellent. Service was Top Notch. Was disappointed that the Dirty Rice was taken off the menue!
One of my favorite places to eat. Jordyn was our waitress tonight, the service was excellent and the food was great as well.
We always receive very good service . The food was good and hot . A good variety for our large party .
