Terrible service. I ordered the Smokey buffalo chicken sandwich meal. When I got my sandwich it was a regular Chicken sandwich. Not wanting to make a big deal I ate it anyways and just asked the waitress if there was a price difference could she just adjust my bill for me because it wasn’t the buffalo chicken and didn’t have lettuce on it. She replied she’d look into it. She returned to the table and said no because she look on the rapper my sandwich came in and there was buffalo sauce on it. The food is so so as always but Valerie our server did an exceptional job taking care of a very large group. Thanks to her it was a great night
The salmon with the citrus butter sauce is always excellent! I like how they've redecorated and have more open space. The service wasn't as friendly as we've been accustomed to, but maybe it was an off night for her.
Smokey bones was awesome....Cierra made us a green pitcher for St.Patricks day...service and food are awesome
We went the SB on Friday night. We got in and seated quickly. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, that’s all I can say. We ordered our food. My salad was brought out. A fork was stuck in the side of the dish. We weren’t provided any other silverware or napkins. When our food came it was not what I ordered. I ate it because I didn’t want to cause any issues. Really tired of the terrible service while their prices keep going up and up. Ordered a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce, which costs additional money, never mind the fact that they are saving money on the bun, and literally I get two small pieces of lettuce with my hamburger. Food not delivered until 20 minutes after scheduled pickup time, just fed up with lack of service and quality.
Just horrible. Everything about this place os horrible
