Food was delicious, the server that waited never the other tables that were dirty, it was slow that could not clean the tables?

Cody was our server, and he was wonderful. Our food was hot and fresh, and delivered correctly as ordered. Definitely will be back!
I never have a problem with the food here and that's why I keep going back. The food is amazing! However...the service is horrible. We were told 15-20 mins wait and it took 35 (but that's ok, they were busy). They had several empty tables so I'm assuming they were just short staffed. We sat down and we had 3 kids with us. The waitress, which was horribly and inappropriately dressed, got our drink order and then did not return for over 30 minutes to get our food order. Wait was long then when got a table took forever to get to order. They did not have enough silverware that we waited to get some. Took my nephew a good 20 mins to get his beer. First time service has been bad.
Hostesses were some of the rudest people I had ever encountered. Waited almost 3 times as long to get a table than what we were told as we watched multiple people get seated that came in after us. Not worth the mess for decent food at an outrageous price.
Was quoted 30-40 minute wait on a Saturday night. Decided to stay because I could see several empty clean tables and several dirty tables. Coming from many years of experience in the restaurant business I was able to scan the place and could see many diners finishing up as well. Thought the quoted wait was on the high side but I was wrong.
